Today I was buying some freshly fried donuts from a street vendor on the Korzo and when he asked me if I wanted chocalate and powdered sugar (in Croatian) I responded with a resounding, "si!" Then I realized that I had just used spanish for yes and actually croatian for yes is da.
Man, I bet he was embaressed.
