I have spent a few minutes thinking about "To and Fro Man". I like your description of his super powers, and I was glad to see those because the first thing I saw when the page loaded up was "Fro Man." That would be a really different super power. In fact, if I remember correctly, I think that one of the Harlem Globe Trotters had that power when they became the "Super Harlem Globe Trotters." I can't remember if they had their own cartoon or just showed up on Scooby Doo or something.
